Once again their honesty with regarding any service that I have.
Car was collected work was done and car delivered back on time
Price higher than originally expected
Job was to fit new reg. plates. 8 new holes were drilled to attach these, rather than using the 4 existing. Initially the rear plate was only secured with two screws at the top, leaving the base 'flapping'. The original plates were not returned.
As always things were dealt with very efficiently.
Offered a lift to town, drinks available, everyone very pleasant and problem and repair explained
We booked a full service (5 year plan), change rear brake pads (+3.00mm left) and an MoT.All we had was an MoT.When I booked the car in for service 4 weeks in advance, I was told the above was possible, especially as we had to travel 100 miles.

The service representative I dealt with (Andy) was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. The car needed a repair and this was dealt with efficiently. However, I thought the pricing for a first service was extraordinarily high when first quoted.

Customer service staff very efficient, helpful and friendly. Quote provided before service, and elements of the service explained ie microfilter. A courtesy car enabled me to have the winter tyres installed. Not 5 stars on account of cost of service.
Cotswold Hereford was very welcoming and professional. I needed a brake fluid change and was given an appointment the very next day which was Saturday. I was also offered refreshments and a lift to either home or town. My car was washed and valeted.
The parts and smart repair staff were courteous, friendly and efficient . I am delighted with the result.
On collecting the key I returned to my vehicle to find that the wiring to the professionally installed Dash Cam had been pulled out from underneath the trim and left in a mess by the interior mirror. It had been re-connected following the service ?

On way home low pressure warning light came on, said I should stop asap.Checked tyres visually and also checked on board vehicle info - green.When re-started there was no fault exclamation triangle so happily proceededas normal.
The car had its EGR Cooler / Valve issues resolved fully with reprogramming at Cotswold and is now driving as it should. Knights in Stoke serviced and repaired the car with a lag or misfire when collected the week before.
They couldn't have done more to make the process as stress-free as possible.
Vehicle was collected and returned supplying a courtesy car supplied and seems to have been repaired satisfactorily.

The MOT was arranged on the phone after reminders from the staff. Reception good, lift into town arranged and collection later. Pleasant people.

I was promised a follow up email for a quote for tyres but this hasnt been received.
It was a very quick and easy process. It would be even better if the garage was a bit closer to home.

The service staff are fantastic however I also asked for the off side tyre to be checked for a slow puncture I assumed this had been done when I picked the car up and yet the next day I had the same problem and had to take the car to another garage
My car went in for a service and initially there was an issue about an oil leak discovered on the front axle. However, Andy Caldwell went out of his way to resolve the issue and I was completely satisfied with the customer service I received.
Courteous, efficient, prompt, and explanations about any action taken or needed in future is excellent.

The visit was to rectify a problem that had been known to BMW for some time. The fuelling system on the series 1 cars is faulty. It is very embarrassing standing at a busy petrol station holding everybody and not being able to put any fuel in.
Everything was completed and they collected and delivered my car from my home.

I booked for an MOT at 12:00 but when we arrived it turned out the car wasn't actually booked in until 2:00. That was inconvenient as we come to Hereford from Abergavenny, nearly an hour away, we have a dog at home and an engagement later that
They said they were going doing update on my system BUT didn't say I would loose all previous destinations on my sat nav, loose my mileage & MPG data in on board computer. Also lost settings for Blue tooth-why didn't they warn me!!, could of saved it

Again excellent service from Kevin and Jake who took plenty of time to take me through the new technical information and items e.g sat nav and electric hand brake. I didnt feel rushed and they made sure I was comfortable with the car before I left.
Staff were incredibly helpful and determined to deliver a great deal. Vicky and Sara were outstanding in their customer service. The Genius who also assisted with the test drives (sorry I forget his name) went out of the way to help.

Experience was very excellent. Well looked after, didn't feel like I was just buying one car, it felt like I was buying into BMW for the long term. Delivery was one week after purchase, made very convenient and smooth on the morning of collection.
Cotswold Motor Centre Hereford were most helpful. From the initial call, the salesman Kevin was honest and helpful, explaining specifics about our chosen X3. Finance was clearly detailed, and additional services offered.
