Everything was dealt with, including my comfort and needs.
The staff got back to me quickly via the phone. I didn't have to wait for the service it was completed on the day of taking the car in. All very helpful.

It all began with taking my vehicle to the garage on a recall. Although I hadn't used this garage before because I live some distance away, prior to returning the car your service team had washed and hoovered it.
Kept up to date with all work. Welcomed by Alice like an old friend. Car came back quickly and cleanly
I was contacted to arrange a date and time to get a part replaced and on getting there they were unable to do it as the replacement part had disappeared!admittedly later collected and returned car on another date which helped.
Although my issue relatively small, it was resolved pretty quickly
I booked a valet gold service as my 66 reg car hadnt had a good polish since sept 2016 when \i bought her. I am very proud to own a BMW and I wanted to look after her.
I find the service desk helpful, the principal recognizes me by name, and the service the service th reception people give is good.The only negative is that I miss the technical knowledge that used to be available at check in. Its there but 2nd hand
The service was carried out as well as my MOT.I was told that it had failed & advised in the cost which was expensive.I called a local garage for a quote which was half the price of Cotswold and so took my buisness elsewhere.Very disappointed !!

I was dealt with promptly, with professionalism, and was given a lift from the garage and collected from town. It was swift and the work was carried out to my full satisfaction.
I wish I had been advised that the software upgrade would wipe some of the vehicle's memory functions especially the electric seats which were separately programmed for myself and my wife. Otherwise an excellent service.

Staff were very welcoming, courteous and professional, and I was kept fully informed. The car had been beautifully cleaned before I collected it.
The service manager was very helpful and sorted out a problem with one tyre very efficiently but the interior of the car was dirty (seat covered in grime and oil on floor mat) on return.

I was very happy with the work done, just slightly concerned because of the need to change the crankshaft bearings.
Efficient and courteous, but my car is 9 years and 100k old, so this sort of repair (£1200) now feels v pricey. Changing two rear discs/pads for one faulty rear brake still worries me. My nearside rear was changed 15k ago and didn't call for 2 discs.

I've been collecting stamps for every service over the last few years to get a free valeting and polishing kit, I needed one last stamp but guess what, that deal has ended ??,having a diesel and not doing many miles per year made it an impossibility

Garage found a coolant leak on a brake fluid service. Now been resolved but they didn't bother to ask BMW for a contribution towards cost until I asked about it. Quite slow in the service department compared to how streamlined things were previously.

It took 3 weeks to get the required part. When the part was fitted, other work I had requested was not completed when I arrived to collect the car. Communication with me was poor. The part arrived and I was suddenly expected to collect my car.

Cotswold Hereford is always very welcoming and helpful on arrival.The service technician came out with me to see the problem I had with Park assist,he then diagnosed a faulty sensor which was replaced a week later
One of the issues being looked at is still a problem. I will be booking in again to have this corrected.

It's sad that you have to pay for cleaning of washer jet system when it eye blocked when vehicle is under warranty - especially when I purchased BMW screenwash and that's all that has been used. Poor in my view but the efficiency of the team is ace
