I was recently in the unfortunate situation of having to cope with a puncture on my 520.
Where’s the spare ?........ Oh yes it doesn’t have one...... Panic ! and week-end ahead.
Nevertheless with even with one tyre now delaminated, early service closing on Saturday and no stock on site of replacement tyres you managed to put everything right by mid-day.
Your team were professional, efficient, courteous and got on with the job even with a full Saturday’s work booked ahead of my predicament.
A credit to BMW I would have thought and to ‘Mr Cotswold.’
