The appointment was made before Christmas and required the acquisition of parts which could only be obtained in January.The agreed date and times for the January visit were met and the work undertaken without any problems
After telephoning Cotswold bmw for a service they booked me in at my convenient time, my service was slightly overdue but my service plan was not affected.The service was done promptly and even mini valet on the car , full marks!
The safety check was to include a car wash and vacuum. The boot area was not vacuumed.
had previous cars from you, new car is only 6months old, reported noise from breaks, advised not covered after 12K miles even though previously reported, requested approx. £50 to strip down and clean, also same price for new wipers blades!!!

I found the service prompt, efficient and friendly staff.
This is due to the fact that some winter tyres on rims refitted at the same time as i had a full service you then charged me 40 pounds for this. i normally have these fitted by the local tyre distributor in less than ten minuets at a charge £10
Friendly and approachable staff. Useful advice. Work done on time. Only slight niggle was being kept waiting about 20 minutes when I arrived on time. But it's a small point and there may have been a problem behind the scenes that I was unaware of.
Service did not see that wiper blade was defective - which I had meant to ask for a replacement Car keys were left visible on desktop with registration details attached with no members of staff present.
Everything went well apart from no paperwork and service book was not stamped. Have spoken to three people regarding this and still not been contacted as promised. Normally very pleased with the service I receive at Hereford.

Friendly staff who explained what to expect. The service was completed in the time I was told and the car was cleaned and hoovered which I appreciated. Nothing extra was done without my permission.

The "contact us" feature on your website had no effect - no one called back. Subsequent calls/messages left for Tom to ring back had no effect because people were not aware he was off for few days! Was given misleading info.
I got cakes! Seriously, service was carried out on time with no fuss. I got a video half way thru showing me tyre wear. The sales guys remembered me and came and chatted. No sales, just a pleasant conversation. I had wifi while I waited so I worked.
I did like the video report from your service technician
I was informed I have a leak from my transfer box and this must be investigated. They investigated a similar leak 3 months ago and this resulted in a £900 bill for a new box. I feel I am now being fobbed off with "this may just be some residual oil"
From arrival to departure the experience was first class.
Cooland warning problem fixed under warranty. Car cleaned. New tyre fitted at competitive price.

The service was done on time and I was very impressed with the video I was sent. Only reason for not being "Completely" satisfied is that I asked for a quote for patching up some bodywork but have not yet received the confirmed quote.

Overall I think that Cotswold Hereford give a very good service.
We received personal service from the moment we arrived for our vehicle to be serviced, this service was completed before the scheduled time, which was extremely helpful as we waited on site for the completion.
Took 2 visits to fix a problem that should only have needed on visit. Car off road for 2.5 days instead of 1. Technicians and body shop don't talk to each other, hence the need for 2 visits. Why?
Reception when I visited, attention from the service department, the work itself and dealing with the paperwork all excellent.

The staff were extremely helpful, knowledgable, and polite. I was given ample opportunity to test drive several configurations of the series, and at no time did I feel I was under any pressure to make a purchase. Excellent communication at all times.
Aaron spent lots of time with us helping us find the right car, we still loved our X1 but had grown out of it so he helped us to find a car we would actually love more. We had our little boy with us and was great with him and didn't ever rush us.
very likeable sales lady, however disappointed by the hand over handled in a rushed manner by a colleague whilst she was on holiday
I was very satisfied with the experience however, the garages need to be a little bit geared up for children. I suggest a little play area with a Lego station. Colouring is fine but an area designated for children would have been better.

The care and attention of staff and in particular Victoria who led the relationship. We were felt to feel extremely comfortable throughout without any pressure just support. (I personally rail from too much intense and overbearing pressure)
