Car returned later than was promised, but still on the same day
The professional and friendly staff have gone above and beyond to help me with whatever I've wanted.
Everything was done that should have been. No more no less.
Because despite the fact that the recall parts had not arrived on the original day, and despite the clearly busy schedule. Alice made sure that I was in the next day, and was well looked after.

All great except they washed car in the morning, it got dusty then they decided before they gave me my car back they would blast it with jet wash, when it dried it looked awful, Had to put it through car wash as it was embarrassing
The car was in for an annual MoT test which appears to have been carried out well, the car was valeted and returned to me on time.
I needed courtesy car. Which they provided. Also didn't know area very well, they were willing to go out of there way to show me !!

staff are always ready to help and always ask if you need any refreshment while waiting for your vehicle. Car always come back to you cleaned.
All was very satisfactory apart from being told that a locking nut on one wheel was missing. As the same workshop fitted the winter wheels last year and the wheels hadn't been touched since this workshop must have left off this locking nut.
Kevin Taylor is very professional and always treats us well.

The Service Manager (Claire) could not have been more helpful and proactive. I would have scores it 5 had it not been for the fact that I had to pop back the following day to have a warning light which came on several times rectified.
I accept that there is some disruption because of the building work, but I was not advised when my car was ready despite sitting in the waiting area. I was not given details of what had been done to the car despite paying £500 for a routine service.
Customer service manger was fantastic . Even though she was operating from a portacabin. So professional, so Bmw.
I am paying for a service on a monthly contract. The black oil in the engine that smells very used was not changed. May be no BMW necessity to do it but its poor and is bound to impact on engine life.Magnetic GB badge not on car on return.

Excellent service but the builders sent me to the wrong temporary location. Maybe they should be told where the servicing now takes place whilst they are on site.

The matter got sorted eventually couldnt fault the service advisors however the person who scraped my car quite clearly lied and tried to say the damage was there already.
Warranty work took less time than expected and comfortable surroundings while I waited.
From booking the vehicle in to customer care report back the service dept provides superb service.The team are well trained and this shows instills confidence that the jobs being carried out well.
No problem arranging the service, all went very smoothly, one small niggle is that when I collected my car the dashcam had been unplugged, I can understand why it would have been disabled, It should have been plugged back in or a note on the dash.

Terri was most helpful on the day and couldn't apologise enough for the lack of MOT reminder and the distress caused when I discovered the car wasn't exactly road legal.Not too happy that the air conditioning problem has not been followed up.
I brought the car in with a leak in the coolant system which proved to be a difficult fault to find but eventually was the coolant temperature sensor. Problems meant a very expensive repair for which Clare managed to obtain a refund from BMW.

My car is fantastic, however i have yet to have a single completely satisfactory 'service' experience with Cotswold - starting from an issue on day 1 collection of the new car, through 2no subsequent services, and again at this latest service.

This is the second occasion that the cabin has not been left as it was. I am very cross and made a complaint to the service manager. On this occasion oily marks on back seat!
Again staff and service excellent and pleased that transport to and from the garage could be organised so easily once car dropped off

Even with proof of the air suspension collapse, they had to replicate the fault at the dealer before they would fix the part under warranty. They couldn't, it failed the next day at home. Then they fixed the part.....
No issues, the car was in and out as scheduled.
It was prompt, efficient and courteously carried out as usual.
The department seems to be very well run because everything went smoothly and in good time despite them being very busy. I was greeted with a smile and offered plenty of decent coffee while I waited. I went away completely happy with my visit

Alice kept us informed throughout and went the extra mile to answer my queries, she deserves a pay rise!! We were met by another member of the team who offered us coffee and the car was superbly valeted. The best valet by a Bmw dealer yet.
Cotswold are fine but there were delays in getting parts from Germany.
The service of the car seems all right but the after service not good
From being dealt with on reception, nothing is too much trouble, to having a great cup of coffee in a relaxing seating area. The man who tinted my windows was also really friendly and chatty. As for Rob McGrail and Stephen Dawes they were just fab.
Attention to my requests and ease of booking coupled with professional and experinced respectful staff makes the service experience a pleasure rather than a necessary chore.

This is by far the best main dealer I have ever visited. I make a 2 hour journey to use this dealership in preference to my local BMW dealer. I cannot praise this garage enough.
The repair to the car was fine. Car was not ready to collect on time. Courtesy car was offered, then it was announced car was ready after all. Workshop has not updated service desk. Apparently the mechanic had worked late to finish car.Thanks.
