QUICK AND EFFECTIVE.
Customer service staff very efficient, helpful and friendly. Quote provided before service, and elements of the service explained ie microfilter. A courtesy car enabled me to have the winter tyres installed. Not 5 stars on account of cost of service.
The parts and smart repair staff were courteous, friendly and efficient . I am delighted with the result.
Cotswold Hereford was very welcoming and professional. I needed a brake fluid change and was given an appointment the very next day which was Saturday. I was also offered refreshments and a lift to either home or town. My car was washed and valeted.
On collecting the key I returned to my vehicle to find that the wiring to the professionally installed Dash Cam had been pulled out from underneath the trim and left in a mess by the interior mirror. It had been re-connected following the service ?
Service date and time booked at our convenience.All service requirements carried out to a high standard.As always, courtesy car avoids us having to wait.Again, telephone call to inform us that our car was ready.Again, staff helpful and courteous.
On way home low pressure warning light came on, said I should stop asap.Checked tyres visually and also checked on board vehicle info - green.When re-started there was no fault exclamation triangle so happily proceededas normal.
They couldn't have done more to make the process as stress-free as possible.
The car had its EGR Cooler / Valve issues resolved fully with reprogramming at Cotswold and is now driving as it should. Knights in Stoke serviced and repaired the car with a lag or misfire when collected the week before.
Vehicle was collected and returned supplying a courtesy car supplied and seems to have been repaired satisfactorily.
Was told at the end of the day that my car needed to stay overnight ,however, on the short notice, Alice was able to secure a replacement car for me for the following day.

My car went in for a service and initially there was an issue about an oil leak discovered on the front axle. However, Andy Caldwell went out of his way to resolve the issue and I was completely satisfied with the customer service I received.
The service staff are fantastic however I also asked for the off side tyre to be checked for a slow puncture I assumed this had been done when I picked the car up and yet the next day I had the same problem and had to take the car to another garage

We were given excellent help from Kevin, as always. He did not rush our decision and explained all our options very clearly. He is a master craftsman in that he knows his business very well but is not a pushy salesman
The whole process worked as it should and the staff (particularly Connor) were very polite and thoughtful. I appreciated the lift into Hereford do I could shop while the car was being serviced (even though it was a Saturday).

The visit was to rectify a problem that had been known to BMW for some time. The fuelling system on the series 1 cars is faulty. It is very embarrassing standing at a busy petrol station holding everybody and not being able to put any fuel in.

I booked for an MOT at 12:00 but when we arrived it turned out the car wasn't actually booked in until 2:00. That was inconvenient as we come to Hereford from Abergavenny, nearly an hour away, we have a dog at home and an engagement later that

They said they were going doing update on my system BUT didn't say I would loose all previous destinations on my sat nav, loose my mileage & MPG data in on board computer. Also lost settings for Blue tooth-why didn't they warn me!!, could of saved it

BMW at HEREFORD is a well organised establishment,who go out of their way to make sure I was looked after very well.That is one of the reasons I travel 40 miles each way to have my car serviced there.

From the initial enquiry, through booking and the execution of the repair (a faulty horn required replacement) the experience was first class. The wait was in comfortable surroundings and your service representative kept me up to date with progress.

My car had developed a fault with the electrics; Cotswold tried various remedies and eventually traced the fault to the 'tracker unit' which we decided to disconnect as it's no longer an insurance requirement.

The telecommunications hardware and software upgrade had to be replaced post sale as the iConnect would not work. Even so the navigation software is still 2014.

We could not have have been more satisfied with the service experience. We are NOT happy with the fault on the car as it is the second time that the oxygen sensors have failed with the car only covering 22,000 miles!
I arrived for my appointment, my car was checked in and I was advised of the wait time. The waiting area was full of newspapers and magazines and light refreshments. All needs were catered for.
No prior information of BMW Series 5 recall prior to making an appointment with Cotswold Hereford. Lengthy delay with computer system which led to a courtesy car and an extra journey.
