Cotswold provided me with brilliant service by collecting and delivering back my car to my home address in a very prompt and efficient way and every one that I delt with on the day was exceptional
I consider that having to pay circa £650 for a straight forward service + associated filters @35000 miles is excessive to say the least, this I think was perhaps 20% more than my previous 5 series.
On time, everything completed and car returned immaculate.

The Service advisor pursuaded me not to change the main car battery nearly 4 1/2 years old. The Next week the car warning system advised low battery charge!

The service dept had the vehicle for nearly two weeks and kept us informed of the work being completed. I would have liked a daily update of the status of the work.
The car needed an oil leak repaired the next day. This was arranged quickly and easily.

I was phoned on the completion of the work which was completed before the estimated time by friendly efficient staff.
The main problem I took the car in for has returned, so the issue was not solved & my £40,000 car, which is under a year old is unreliable!
Very satisfied apart from quote for new tyres. I went to a local garage and for the same tyres it cost me £600 less!! Which i find incredible

Claire Christie, the service manager I dealt with went above and beyond her remit, to assist me and get my car fixed. A courtesy car was provided at short notice, and she did everything she could to get my car sorted.
Service reception staff efficient and knowledgeable; the video of part of the service useful. On the invoice I don't understand the letters and numbers used in the 'description of services' viz: 0000221; LL04 OW-30; 0000525. Words would be helpful.
A video report explaining my car's problem was most welcome. My treatment at the dealership was friendly and well-informed. It's never cheap though and my car is now of an age (90,000 miles) when I'm likely to seek local rather than specialist care.

The wrong part was ordered for the car and no-one contacted me beforehand to inform me of this. I therefore had a wasted journey of over 2 hours to the BMW garage.

Creaking noise not resolved. Driver failed to collect me at the end of the day and couldn't get through on phone to chase, so ended up making my own way.
We started off badly, we were late and our first service contact (no name...) was under terrible pressure chasing payment for release of a vehicle - enter Claire....
On arrival I was shown to a waiting area because both service personnel were busy. I was just left to sit there, I do not know if the service reception were even told I was waiting. I eventually walked over to Service reception to introduce myself.

Despite being told by a young lady a couple of days before the service that if I was not on time I would miss my slot. On arrival I was kept waiting for 30 mins. Shortly after I left the engine light came on and I had to return and wait again.
Your team went to great lengths to investigate a problem with my vehicle.
The trainee who dealt with me at the service desk was extremely helpful, £300 for the service did not seem excessive either.However £90.00 plus Vat to be told my condenser didn't work - which I already knew - was robbery.

When I rang to book service was told no express service on a sat and 10:30 drop off with 4:30 collection, I explained we had new born etc and that the baby seat doesn't fit our other car, but there was no way around it. So we walked into....

Asked for a quote before proceeding. Information sent to wrong email (my wife's email instead of mine.) My wife has her mini serviced at Cotswold Hereford and somehow my car details is linked to her emails and phone numbers.
I felt that the mechanics staff were unable to tell me the direct problem with my vehicle and it came across as if they did not entirely know. Seeing how common this service problem is, I would have assumed they would be very knowledgeable on it.
Service staff exude a sense of providing customer with information on such matters as nature of work to be carried out, likely time of job and available refreshment.

Work completed on time and I was informed of the problems arose from the inspection.
Car was dirty on pick up usually clean, had to wait a long time having been called in for pick up as it wasn't ready. Seemed to be a lot of flapping about, otherwise the staff are always lovely as usualand I was given a free valet card which was nice
Only problem we had was that we were not contacted when car was ready I had to ring and find out if ready so making us late to pick up daughter from school and I was late getting to work resulting in loss of pay. Also engine management light still on
Because of the quality of the work, the speed with which it was done, and for lending us a car while the work was being done.
The service was completed promptly and there were plentiful supplies of refreshments and reading materials to ensure the time passed pleasantly.
No problems, no issues, no fuss. The coffee was excellent and the Wi-Fi fast enough to pass the time whilst waiting for the service to complete

I had a fault with the towing electrics which could have been the car or the caravan. Colin, a senior member of the workshop took the trouble to ask Germany some questions which help locate the intermittent fault to the caravan.
