New X1 was meant to have Enhanced Bluetooth (EB) but due to misunderstanding did not. Sales asked me if I wanted the cradle and I said no as I did not use it. I did not realise that the cradle was part of the EB. Result - can't use ipod to play music

The service had completely wiped out all of my preset radio stations. It was like that for a couple of days. Then it seemed to remember what I had preset, but today I got in my car and they had all disappeared again. will have to take the car in

Service was great when the car went in, however took 3 months to get the car booked in for the initial problem to be rectified,leaving me without ABS, Traction Control, Cruise Control, Hill Assist for all that period.
