Very professional and friendly, with work carried on time.
The reception was professional and curious. Timeframe was accurate and my car was cleaned to a good standard. Plenty of refreshments available while I waited.

My only criticism, if you can call it that, was that I was given a 1 series manual as a courtesy car. I am 6'3 and recovering from a replacement hip. I drive an X5 and would have expected something similar. The 1 series was way too small for me
1 fault and 1 service required messages on screen both of which I am told are false. Car at garage all day and told nothing can be done! These appear every trip. Does not give me confidence in any message . This is not acceptable.
Everything I asked to be checked was reported back to me by a member of the Cotswold Service Team.

I was happy with the service provided but a brake clean and reset would have been £140, which seemed expensive, so I declined to have this done.
As usual the service from staff is friendly and effective. I dropped two stars because of the following things.1. When replacement wiper was fitted plastic was not removed from blade.2. Tracking now seems out and stealing wheel vibrates at speed.
The staff were welcoming and helpful. The facilities were good. The quality of the work undertaken was good. It took longer than stated and so was a long wait.

A recent MOT advised that the anti roll bar ball joint linkages were worn. The vehicle had a warranty. I contacted Cotswold and thanks to Sam Crowther the repairs were carried out FOC and included an update.
Previous to this, my first visit as a BMW owner, I had enjoyed what I believed was good customer service; however, having now had the 'BMW experience' my previous experiences seem much diminished.

service and MOT were done on time, the car was clean when I picked it up and the service manager wasn't there just to process paper and my payment, she genuinely seemed to want to help

Effective communication and good service in all areas - appreciated lift home and pick up. I like the video of work done on the car though in my case the sound needs improving, it was not always clear to determine what the operator was saying.

The car was delivered by my wife on time as pre-arranged. Transport was provided to Hereford town centre by Cotswold BMW. My wife had to call BMW for the return journey as the car did not arrive for the return pickup.A bit short of perfect.

I have used Hereford for a number of years & find their staff very efficient. It is by no-means my local BMW centre but I find it worth the travel as the staff at Hereford also go that extra mile.

Very good - I did ask for a quote for a replacement under tray - this wasn't forthcoming, though I was late collecting the car - it was appreciated that i could do so after 6pm. A member of the sales staff (?) was very helpful.

A very efficient service given by every member of staff that I came in contact with,poilte very obliging and helpful.
There is a very friendly atmosphere with this firm and I have always been treated as if I was a special customer. Work on the car has always been carried out diligently and returned to me in sparkling condition.
Passenger seat rattle was not resolved, though other work was undertaken. Fit of seat covers replaced under the warranty is still poor and leather does not fit tight to the seat.

I would have been completely satisfied if the dealership could have provided information on post-warranty vehicle recovery in the event of breakdown, rather than simply giving me a number to ring.

Having been allocated a sales personnel I was then transferred to another person, there where some moments of mis-interperation. That cause some stressful moments .

Tom Smith the sale exec was just brilliant. He made the process of part exing my old bmw and purchasing a new one very easy and stress free.
The sales person, Aaron, was very attentive to detail and gave relevant advice. He 'went the extra mile. Even to the level of detail where he arranged for a Royal British Legion poppy to be on the new car! Amazing customer service.
This may sound soft but sometimes its the little things you remember.I was put out, the dealer didnt throw in the tables in the back for the girls as i was led to be leave would happen when we were niggling over the price prior to agreeing to buy.
