Service was fine, however I was given a quote and when I came to pay it transpired that the quote was net of vat which had not been explained.The post service car wash was just that with loads of missed areas especially on the wheels.It was not good

Not helpful at all, lie and never do what they set out to do. We'll never buy another car off them. After sales service is rubbish, it's like they have your money so now they don't care.
I have been very pleased with the manner in which the staff have handled the case but I am disappointed that it took 8 visits to solve the problem (hopefully it's solved).
the receptionist said it would only take about one and a half hours, so i declined the trip into town, which i now regret as i had to wait nearly three hours, so that is why I missed a star out.
The service department were extremely helpful and courteous, offering to arrange transport to my place of work. On picking up the vehicle a report was waiting and explained in detail. The car was handed over extremely well valeted.
Routine MOT and service check at 75k costing £72 plus VAT which is a bit pricey. I accept essentials like checks on brake lines and tread depths etc, but paying for things I can check easily myself (horn, wiper function etc) is a little surprising.

New policy of filming car and what's wrong with it is a good idea. Service advisor was polite and I received lift into city centre. Not as good service since Steve Martin Styles left though.
The initial invoice which I was asked to pay was more than the quote which I had been given and had confirmed at the time of making the appointment. When I pointed out the overcharge the invoice was adjusted to the quoted price.

The man on the service desk seemed rather disinterested, gave me the wrong information about the need to stamp the service logbook and did not get me the information I requested about your new X1 model. It inclines me to look at a different dealer.

Following the service I was given a written quote for replacement tyres. I chose not to accept the quote immediately as I asked to be contacted about an M Power upgrade. I was never contacted and when I contacted the dealer the quote was not honoured

On arrival the service department was empty. I waited, no-one turned up so I inquired again at reception. A member of staff arrived, apparently a little peeved that I had queried the lack of attention. This set the tone for the rest of the meeting.
The warranty was carried out, the first visit I was advised that work would take 1 1/2 hours it took nearly 3 hours. On the second visit I asked for a lift home and lady advised this would be fine just ask when I arrived, when I arrived at the centre
The staff are always very polite and helpful, always a nice experience.

The car was returned dirty after the service with a few scratches as well.
It was near perfect, I was getting a complimentary car I had to wait longer than anticipated for this.
