James on the BMW service desk squeezed our car in for an MOT that was about to run out. This then saved me from getting ear ache off my wife. Thank you James.
No problem with the people I dealt with but had I waited for a courtesy car I would have had to wait 6 weeks.
Everything was good other than the cost of the oil service which was over £300.

I asked for an 0800 appt at time of booking on arrival it transpired I had been allotted a 0930 appt

I had a issue with me unboard computer which failed whilst I was away on a trip. Thus I had no Satnav. Although I was dissatisfied with BMW generally the Hereford staff mainly Jessica in the service dept couldn't have been better
I was called to the service and it is unclear why the car didn't alert me.

Everything was done well, the staff were polite but my complaint is with BMW. I have a heated steering wheel which gets hot at the top and after half an hour or so becomes fairly luke warm. Cotswold checked and said it was Ok. BMW -it is rubbish!

All very easy, helpful, professional and friendly staff. Costs I think are high for a service and it was frustrating to have come into the garage for a minor service in November and then another service due in Feb. Car valet could have been better.
From making the booking, resulting from an Email offering the fluids check, being when I wanted it, to the attention I received at the dealership, I cannot fault any part of my experience.
James was great as took my car from home, had arranged MOT, washed/hoovered it, then returned it. Next day James sent me a text with link on which showed technician talking about my car re MOT and showed me tyres and brakes - appreciated this.
Parts not reassembled correctly; tools left on the car bonnet/windscreen wipers which thankfully didn't cause damage. Once I said I didn't want a service yet as it's due in May, work wasn't carried out until the next week - strange coincidence?
Taken several phone calls to resolve the wrongly written mileage in service book it has now been altered but not countersigned
Because I had pre-booked a service and had asked for a specific fault to be investigated. However, it only received a cursory inspection and requires the car to be returned for a proper investigation, which is inconvenient.

I have previously answered a survey to advise that I wasn't happy with the customer service . Lack of keeping me up to date, managing my expectations and wasting my time in unnecessary journey to the service centre. No offer of any compensation .

Cost to replace turbo activator quoted at £1300. I got the job done at Jerry Doberman's in Hereford for £577. Need I say more????
Took car in the 8th Jan 2018 because boot not opening via key or button and it was determined that the drive was faulty and required replacing. Told that they would order the parts and contact me to have the car back in. Phoned on 16th Jan to find
my car was booked well in advance for a service and 2 warranty related items were also advised at that time. Neither of the warranty items were resolved and the car had to be returned on another date(which is very inconvenient).
