I have been a Cotswold BMW customer for 12 years now and have always been completely satisfied with the service received.
Cotswold Hereford is always very welcoming and helpful on arrival.The service technician came out with me to see the problem I had with Park assist,he then diagnosed a faulty sensor which was replaced a week later
It met with my expectations
One of the issues being looked at is still a problem. I will be booking in again to have this corrected.

Prompt efficient service
They failed to locate the water leak on the windscreen washer system. It has to go back to be looked at again.
Everything was in line with what I would have expected. The lift into and back from town was prompt and friendly. Reception was courteous and informative.

It's sad that you have to pay for cleaning of washer jet system when it eye blocked when vehicle is under warranty - especially when I purchased BMW screenwash and that's all that has been used. Poor in my view but the efficiency of the team is ace
Timings arranged were very convenient, service was very courteous, but above all the information i had provided on issues with my vehicle had all been recorded and were being actioned, which is refreshing.

In for 09:00 for 1.5 hours, correct part not ordered. Told that the car would be ready for 5:00pm,missed this time so kept overnight. Courtesy car was offered but insurance excess waiver was charged; unacceptable. Car needed due to Cotswolds error!

Alice Shenstone was exceptional in her customer care. She remembered me from an earlier visit and gave a five star service. The courtesy car was waiting for me.i was kept up to date with the work,which was completed quickly.
Time keeping was poor: both times (twice in 7 days) the car wasn't ready when I was told it was + both times I had to chase it up so I could leave when I needed to. The 2nd time the estimate of 1-1.5 hrs took 2 hrs and the car wasn't washed either

My car is 16 months old and the handbrake needed adjusting. I was told that this is extra to the 18000 mile service as it was wear & tear. I have had 8 BMW's in the past and have never paid extra for the handbrake to be adjusted. It should be part of

I had had trouble with a run-flat tyre and it transpired that there was a nail in it and it had a bulge so had to be replaced. I was grateful for the lift into town and back while waiting and for the washing of the car, twice!

The technician physically disabled my dashcam and did not reconnect it.
The service I received was good however I was not so pleased by the fact financial documents (too many) that were sent by email could not be opened and were not very clear in detail. By far the worst and most confusing figures I have experienced.
