Great service, booked the car in at a time to suit me and took me to town for a day's shopping .. what's not to like?!

Seamless transaction. I was expected, quickly checked in for an MOT and given a lift to town, contacted by phone to let me know that my job was completed earlier than expected and dealt with quickly when I arrived back to pay and collect.

In for 09:00 for 1.5 hours, correct part not ordered. Told that the car would be ready for 5:00pm,missed this time so kept overnight. Courtesy car was offered but insurance excess waiver was charged; unacceptable. Car needed due to Cotswolds error!

Alice Shenstone was exceptional in her customer care. She remembered me from an earlier visit and gave a five star service. The courtesy car was waiting for me.i was kept up to date with the work,which was completed quickly.
Time keeping was poor: both times (twice in 7 days) the car wasn't ready when I was told it was + both times I had to chase it up so I could leave when I needed to. The 2nd time the estimate of 1-1.5 hrs took 2 hrs and the car wasn't washed either

My car is 16 months old and the handbrake needed adjusting. I was told that this is extra to the 18000 mile service as it was wear & tear. I have had 8 BMW's in the past and have never paid extra for the handbrake to be adjusted. It should be part of

I had had trouble with a run-flat tyre and it transpired that there was a nail in it and it had a bulge so had to be replaced. I was grateful for the lift into town and back while waiting and for the washing of the car, twice!
The technician physically disabled my dashcam and did not reconnect it.

i would have been completely satisfied had it not been for the faulty rear door lock that we had to endure whilst away for Christmas. this was rectified on our return to my complete satisfaction.

The appointment was made before Christmas and required the acquisition of parts which could only be obtained in January.The agreed date and times for the January visit were met and the work undertaken without any problems
After telephoning Cotswold bmw for a service they booked me in at my convenient time, my service was slightly overdue but my service plan was not affected.The service was done promptly and even mini valet on the car , full marks!

Friendly and approachable staff. Useful advice. Work done on time. Only slight niggle was being kept waiting about 20 minutes when I arrived on time. But it's a small point and there may have been a problem behind the scenes that I was unaware of.
Service did not see that wiper blade was defective - which I had meant to ask for a replacement Car keys were left visible on desktop with registration details attached with no members of staff present.

Everything went well apart from no paperwork and service book was not stamped. Have spoken to three people regarding this and still not been contacted as promised. Normally very pleased with the service I receive at Hereford.
