car has come back with the reverse camera's not working.
They forgot to re-set the counter aftger I had my MOTso I have to go back again, also I think the Centre lacks customer service, the staff never return calls.
They were excellent.
They communication was not as good as it could have been.

upon collection of vehicle, after service rattling/ vibration from fascia/engine compartment although on same day two further visits to workshop to correct, with original comment nothing wrong, eventually solved.
Always very welcoming. My car does come back clean, however on the interior there was dirt all down the sides of my door. Scuffs and marks have been made to the interior also during internal repairs. Not content with that.

Service normally excellent but on this visit, the workshop seemed to be running late and disorganised. Service adviser seemed to be on her own whilst colleagues appeared to be wondering around without much to do.
Easy to do business with, very professional and friendly.
Outstanding issue with misted up foglights, obviously (to me) caused by faulty units. However ugly they now appear, they still function, so I have been told they cannot be replaced. So the quality of the vehicles finish is unimportant? I don't agree.
I thought that the work was expensive given that my wife informed the service team of the problem and that the battery having been charged the car was now running ok. So to be charged for charging a battery that was no good + then for fitting new??

It took longer than expected for the vehicle to be delivered. It was expected mid April but we took delivery at the end of April.

Delay in car arriving. I ordered car 31.3.15. It finally arrived for me on,1.5.15. Sales team helpful.
Service found no fault with car. However:1. Service Book not completed. 2. Flat Tyre monitor alerted next day. Suspicious that slow puncture not found on Service.3. Screen Wash monitor alerted next day. The Bottle should be filled on Service.
All went well and according to plan.
