The cost of the service puts you off buying another BMW
Even with proof of the air suspension collapse, they had to replicate the fault at the dealer before they would fix the part under warranty. They couldn't, it failed the next day at home. Then they fixed the part.....
No issues, the car was in and out as scheduled.
It was prompt, efficient and courteously carried out as usual.
The department seems to be very well run because everything went smoothly and in good time despite them being very busy. I was greeted with a smile and offered plenty of decent coffee while I waited. I went away completely happy with my visit

Alice kept us informed throughout and went the extra mile to answer my queries, she deserves a pay rise!! We were met by another member of the team who offered us coffee and the car was superbly valeted. The best valet by a Bmw dealer yet.
The car has spent over 2 days with the service centre now to fix the heated steering wheel and it is still not working. It's the inconvenience of being without a car that is especially frustrating.
See above. Also, told car would be ready on the Tuesday - informed incredibly late on the Tuesday that car had not been fixed. Poor communication - had to phone myself to be given this information.
Cotswold are fine but there were delays in getting parts from Germany.
The service of the car seems all right but the after service not good
From being dealt with on reception, nothing is too much trouble, to having a great cup of coffee in a relaxing seating area. The man who tinted my windows was also really friendly and chatty. As for Rob McGrail and Stephen Dawes they were just fab.
Service performed on time and car valeted on collection. Good courtesy car provided.
Attention to my requests and ease of booking coupled with professional and experinced respectful staff makes the service experience a pleasure rather than a necessary chore.

Problem resolved swiftly [and friendly]
The repair to the car was fine. Car was not ready to collect on time. Courtesy car was offered, then it was announced car was ready after all. Workshop has not updated service desk. Apparently the mechanic had worked late to finish car.Thanks.
This is by far the best main dealer I have ever visited. I make a 2 hour journey to use this dealership in preference to my local BMW dealer. I cannot praise this garage enough.

Is a far more responsive vehicle following the service. Seemed like a new car. The technician deserves a special pat on the back.
Whilst on holiday I had and issue when reversing on full lock. Despite the garage being fully booked they appreciated I needed to travel back to Kent that evening and fitted me in to ensure the car was safe to drive.

First class team of people both in terms of Sales and Servicing. They have good knowledge of the product are helpful in their suggestions and are welcoming in terms of a dealership. Peter Lewis is particularly outstanding.
The servicing was carried out promptly and the rear tyres were changed after their condition was made known to me . The replacement tyres were price matched which was reassuring.
It was a good experience.Claire the Service Manager was excellent. I'm not sure if I would have had the same experience from other members of the service team.
Its not easy to email any member of staff direct however once an email had been sent the communication was very prompt and supportive
They treated the car and the owner with equal importance.
Although the car failed its MOT due to a faulty tyre, everything was done to minimise inconvenience to me during the rest of the transaction. The process and timescale for obtaining new tyres was explained to me and transport home arranged.

What can I say so helpful
Bought an ex demo car recently - slight problem with speed warning which keeps resetting itself overnight. Flagged this up to the service team and were told they would keep an eye on another similar car. No response to date and no return call

Having experienced many warnings on the "dash" over the previous 3 months I took the car in twice and they didn't find the fault. Very frustrating!

The car came to BMW for a MOT and simple oil service. I have had the car with a very highly skilled specialist only 500miles prior to the visit, the car was absolutely 100% with no error or problem, I now have an undrivable car with a £1200 error.
Efficient booking on telephone and no nasty surprises with car service
This last service was much better organised than the last though it took over 5 phone calls to get through and book it, at least they organised the courtesy car as promised
the young lady welcomed us to the premises and smoothly booked our car in. she was friendly and professional and dealt with our warranty work. she made us feel very welcome and settled us with refreshments and cars to view. we bought another car!
