during the purchase, Tom Smith is very good as a sales rep, i can't fault him, but his manager or the manager present for the collection is sooooo very poor in skill. He didn't even show his face at any time while i was the their to greet or sign off

After making contact, via email, this was followed up promptly with arrangements for a viewing and then on to the quotation stage. This was clear, professional and informative at all times. Collection of the vehicle was on time as agreed.

Although I had to wait 7 months for delivery of my X4 the salesman kept in contact to give me updates on the expected delivery date.

3 visits to fix the leaks on my bmw convertible. To be fair the dealership is very impressive I am just disappointed that it cost so much and not convinced the second visit work was required and was very expensive despite them getting bmw contributi

Only downside to this is, when work is identified to the vehicle... the replacements are always way overpriced. I understand it's a premium brand, but not everyone has a huge budget and can buy the same tyre at £80 less! That's a big difference.

All ok. As I giving score 9. Just would like to point out few minor problems. My dash cam was disconnected and left disconnected. Ok during service, but please put back how it was. Auto hold turned off.

The service was undertaken as expected. Read Health Check with some scepticism. Tyre tred and brake pad wear appropriate. Left rear tyre had a nail and should be replaced.. Nail in sideways and not penetrated tyre <3mm and came v gentle pull.

The investigation charge really annoys me especially when the problem is clear - it makes me consider going to non-BMW garages instead. They should explain when an investigation charge may apply and why a charge is required.

Cotswold Hereford had this job given to them with no notice by BMW Assist. They diagnosed the problem quickly and then ordered the new tyre asap. It took a little time for the new tyre to come, but I was not inconvenienced as I had the hire car.
