Competition closes at 23:59 04/08/26, and a winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 5 days of the competition closing. The winner will be contacted by Cotswold Motor Group by email and/or telephone within 5 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, a new winner will be selected.

By entering, you consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Cotswold Motor Group for the purposes of administering the prize draw and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

*TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1 Prize draw rules. By submitting your entry to our prize draw, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. This prize draw is promoted by Cotswold Motor Group Limited (Company number 3028787) of Corinthian Park, Cheltenham, GL51 6UP (‘us’, ‘we’, ‘our’).

1.2 Eligibility. The prize draw is open to all residents in the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except our employees and directors and their immediate families and households, and any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw. In entering a prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw. We reserve the right to reject entries that are automatically generated by computer, completed by third parties or in bulk, illegible, incomplete or contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw. There is a limit of one entry per person.

1.3 How to enter. The prize draw is free to enter. The process for submitting your entries and the opening and closing dates for entries will be clearly stated. All prize draw entries must be received by us by no later than 11.59pm on the closing date. All entries received after that time will be rejected. We will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed in transit, nor proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt.

1.4 Winners. The winner(s) will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process or otherwise supervised by an independent person shortly after the closing date. All entrants from Facebook and Instagram will be collated and the winning name drawn via random computer process. The winner will be notified via social media message (to the account used at entry) within 5 days of the closing date and must, if requested, provide a postal address in order to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to us within 5 days of being notified by us, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and we will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with this process. Our decision is final and binding as we will not enter into any correspondence about it.

1.5 Prizes and eligibility Prize constitutes two tickets to see Chris Ramsey perform at The Amp at Courtyard Theatre Hereford on 15/08/26, plus a drink for two people on arrival. The prize cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative will be offered.

1.6 Publicity. We will either publish or make available information that indicates a valid award took place, which includes sending a winner’s surname and town/county of residence to anyone to asks us within a month of the closing date. Otherwise, personal information supplied during the course of the prize draw will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy. If you object to any or all of the information set out in clause 1.6 being published or made available, please contact us. In such circumstances, we must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

1.7 Limitation of Liability. Insofar as is permitted by law, Cotswold Motor Group, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Cotswold Motor Group, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. Cotswold Motor Group does not accept any liability for any disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.

1.8 Other rules. We reserve the right to void, cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw if it becomes necessary to do so. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Cotswold Motor Group Limited may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions and or the rules.

1.9 The prize draw will be governed by the law of England and Wales. If any entrants to this promotion wish to bring legal proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
