I was well looked after. However , there were no biscuits to go with my coffee - never had to rough it like that in VW, Mazda and Toyota dealerships !!
Could not have been better looked after by Aaron Higgins at all stages of returning my existing BMW and purchasing a new one.
Booked in for express service so didn't bother with loan car, arrived at my allotted time 9.00am but due to backlog from previous day mine got delayed.
My car was in for a service, this was completed in a timely manner and an excellent waiting area provided, Kept up-to-date with cars progress.
Everything was accomplished according to expectations.
Overall very professional couldn't fault the service

Premium service for a premium car
One of my locking wheel nuts would not come off so I was charged £198 to remove a wheel nut. my local garage said they would have done it for £10
While very satisfied with the car repair, Cotswold BMW (Hereford) Service Dept. are ALWAYS impossible to reach by telephone. Over the last 5 years I do not recall any occasion when I have been able to reach a Service Advisor directly by telephone.
Cotswold Hereford know how to treat their customers and retain them - we deal with Kevin in Sales - nothing is too much trouble for him

I requested that my front and rear wheels to be swapped to balance tyre wear. For some unknown reason I discovered later that only one side had been changed. Dealer offered to book in my car again. I chose to use a more local tyre fitter n the end.
All went as arranged.
Service and MOT were carried out in the time stated and I was dropped off and collected at exactly the time agreed.

Car collected from and returned to my home address. Collection service was very efficient in that car collected and returned in given time slots. BMW driver was very professional. Also, car had complementary wash.

Due to the dealership going under a building revamp, its clear that working out of a portacabin is a bit problematic. As a result, there was little effort made to have a set up that made it better for the employees and customers alike.

In my opinion, I thought the cost of servicing was expensive.
I only had an mot on this visit. Hereford is currently undergoing a "makeover" this made the operation not as smooth as previous visits.

Following a warning light connected to the drivetrain I called in to Cotswolds service centre in Hereford. Despite the schedule being full Jessica went over and above for me. I was very grateful for her intervention as I was to travel to Southampton
The car was delivered to BMW at 9.30 and we asked for the work to be completed as early as possible but did not get the car back till 4.30. This time for the first service is acceptable.

The annual service was completed but there was another service due in 2400 miles. I thought both should have been performed at the same time. Saving me on visiting the service bay twice in close succession.

I didn't know that what I'd received was a service if I'm honest. I went in with a problem and by the end of the day the problem was fixed and they'd washed my car.

Our car was stolen we went to see our favoured Sales Executive who within an hour located a replacement vehicle with 95% of my required extras and we were back on the road within two weeks. Also we had an hour with the product genius.
