my car was booked well in advance for a service and 2 warranty related items were also advised at that time. Neither of the warranty items were resolved and the car had to be returned on another date(which is very inconvenient).

My last visit was regarding the central computer not working, radio, sat nav etc. Very long lead in time for replacement part. Will have been without for three weeks in a two and a half year old car.

Technical service excellent. Attitude unlike Audi, VW and Mercedes at service desk. Patronising and should be lucky you have a BMW. I’ve experienced this at two different garages. Spoken to friends, business contacts around UK and this is common.
