Car picked up from home ,all the work completed on time & at the price quoted.
Service was ok , then I get told I need a new wing mirror , and wiper blades , the faults were minimal , the mirror should have been changed under warranty
I had to returned my car 3 times to have something fixed. Poor communication from the dealer to me about not having the necessary spare parts needed for the job.
I had no complaints at all with the issue of the service.
As always they give an excellent service.

The car was 1 hour late after appointed collection time.
While the initial fault was a different BMW dealership BMW Cotswolds did little/to nothing to help rectify and provided incorrect information.

They were very professional and courteous, always called back when they said they would and got the job done promptly once the part arrived. Not full marks only because there were no courtesy cars available which made logistics more awkward.

I always had excellent service from Cotswold Hereford
I was very happy with the personal service in the centre, and the car service home and pick up, but I was not very happy with the cleaning service of the inside of the car, which was only adequate to say the least.
Service quality is great, nothing to faulter apart from the valet company scratching my Alloys. Cotswold quickly resolved the issue and all is well thus far
Shortly after the service a telltal.light came up saying we needed to add Adblu. I would have thought this could have been checked at the service.
The people I dealt with were nice enough, just following unfair orders.

There were defects on the leather on the back seat of the car. In addition, the accessories that I ordered, ie a boot cover and mats were not ready on the day of the car collection despite being ordered over a week before collection.

MOT was not actually required (selling dealer had done it) but still worth a visit for the end of warranty check and to investigate a 'drivetrain' alert on iDrive. Issue was resolved.
I always have a very satisfactory experience. The work is carried out within times I'm led to expect; I am taken home or brought in to your premises when necessary by a driver and taken into town while I wait; the car is washed before I go home.

See above, they listened to my concerns and checked the car thoroughly this time. Twice before it has been returned with oil and scuff marks on the interior (which is "dark oyster" upholstery).
