Well looked after, good customer service and great range of refreshments and biscuits - this all counts when awaiting an MOT.

The staff are always friendly and helpfu. They seem to care about the customer and I have always been pleased with the service.

I realise the Garage is having a major refurbishment, but I did not receive good customer service.I was not offered a lift to/from work .No customer facilities in the portacabin. Had to wait 15 mins before someone was available to collect car.

All great except they washed car in the morning, it got dusty then they decided before they gave me my car back they would blast it with jet wash, when it dried it looked awful, Had to put it through car wash as it was embarrassing

The car was in for an annual MoT test which appears to have been carried out well, the car was valeted and returned to me on time.

All was very satisfactory apart from being told that a locking nut on one wheel was missing. As the same workshop fitted the winter wheels last year and the wheels hadn't been touched since this workshop must have left off this locking nut.
