Car was serviced on Monday, then mot'd on Friday at kwik fit who advised the car had wrong size tyres on the back axle, which I would have expected to have been highlighted by bmw during the service

They are very good although I feel at times that BMW recommendations are far too conservative and aimed at overcharging customers. Like recommendations for tyre wear. They may be materially correct but far too conservative.
