Customer Service was excellent. Dissatisfaction due to a repair under warranty requiring an almost immediate 2nd visit, 45 mile round trip and lost afternoon from work due to a sub standard fuse being fitted rather than a BMW authorised component.

MOT delayed. 2 new tyres needed! I took my car to a local tyre and MOT specialist where it passed its MOT with no replacement tyres. A saving of £450! I would like an explanation of why your garage said the car would fail it's MOT.

Customer services was great and no issues with the servicing of the vehicle. However, was unable to get the resolution I was aiming for with the boot 12v socket, despite the explanation given.
