Treated courteously by Tom. I was undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment at the time and on some occasions was too poorly to proceed. I was treated with respect and understanding and not put under pressure.

Not this dealership but not happy I was sold a service plan when I bought the car that does not cover all services. Feel conned! Had to therefore pay for this brake fluid change and next major service not fully covered either.

Originally, I booked in at Cotswold Cheltenham, where I bought the car. They phoned me, recognised I lived closer to the Hereford branch, and booked me there. When I arrived for my service, everything was handled promptly, efficiently, and friendly.

I can't fault the team at Cotswold Hereford . Everyone is courteous and helpful . You are kept informed as to the progress of the work at regular intervals. The seating area is comfortable and there are hot / cold complimentary drinks available.

I was pleased with the service and suggestion to take out the service package. However with a car that is less that 12 months old and with only 20K miles on the clock I was disappointed to hear that my Windcreen wipers needed replacement.
