Whilst the Service Desk staff are extremeley helpful, the front of house staff at Cotswold Hereford are exceptional. The pride they place on true Customer Service should not be overlooked here. They do an exceptional and key job role.

Personnel were very pleasant, the required work was completed, the bill was as I had been advised but the car was completed 3 hours later than agreed. I had been contacted to advise of a 2 hour delay but then had a further 1 hour wait after that.

Work was not covered by the extended warranty. Disappointed that BMW extended warranty is actually completely different to the normal vehicle warranty. If the car had been new for sure water ingress would have been covered by warranty.

Excellent Service and sorted out the problem with my 2002 M5 where as other garages could not trace the fault. Only went to other garages as Cotswold BMW dont offer a low loader collection service (the M5 would not start due to the fault).

Check in was slow, was waiting 25 mins for someone to come and take my keys. From my experience this time, it was better when u could check in on the terminal by the door and leave ur keys in the drop box. Also no phone call to say my car was ready.
