Dealt with two members of staff throughout the purchase of my new x3 neither were in work on the day I collected it. The front windscreen was screen had smudges all over it . I left two bottles of wine for the guys I dealt with and received no thanks

Very pleased with the car, I was not convinced about a hybrid car so time will tell on if I made the correct choice. Still no idea about the battery life and reliability, and still working out the best way of charging and looking after the battery.

This was my initial service for my new car and the service duration was spot on, with Andrew Griffiths very professional throughout. Callum did the service and sent me an excellent video, highlighting one note of some condensation in both lights.

The process booking the routine service in was easy, booking the loan car, handover by Lauren was very efficient, Andrew and his team carried out the service, little refurb job and managed to carry out the BMW recall work within this visit also.

Clean, and report provided, only concern the AdBlue didn't appear to have been topped up, it was at 70% when it went in and it read the same when collected and after a 30 mile journey, I'm assuming the top up was only 1L and isn't enough to register.
