I have given 5 stars, but they broke the key for the car again, 2nd time, same on the last visit?? How they did this I do not know but just not careful enough. Having said that, it was fixed very promptly on both occasions.

There was a problem with wheel nuts I gave permission to do what they needed and still wouldn't do it so I had to travel 15 miles back to bmw to take wheel nuts off myself for the job to be done.

My Bmw came in for a minor steering issue(wear in rack)luckily they found a major issue gearbox input seal was leaking Andrew was amazing not only was the car fixed under warranty he also got me a courtesy car at short notice . Well done hi

The service with the staff was excellent what let it down was , whoever washed the car had spilled something on the passenger seat and carpet. It wasn't until I got home I noticed, I cleaned the seat but the carpet stain I am unable to remove.
