After a long initial attempt to book in a recall in which the dealer couldn't trace my personal details on their dms, which was incidentally purchased from them brand new, I finally managed to trace the vrn, which was difficult because I was abroad.

The service and MOT were carried out to a fixed price and were quickly completed. The video of the visual safety check was also very useful. A little care should be taken to return the car with its original settings for lights, screen display etc.
