Very good service from a friendly staff.
My car was serviced and I was kept fully up to date throughout the time in the workshop.
As above - but in particular Sophie from the Service Dept. was courteous, polite, friendly and extremely efficient and professional. She kept me informed throughout the whole process and ensured that my car was ready to collectas soon as was possibl.
In these trying times l thought the staff and service was very good having decided to wait for a predicted long service l was looked after very well and safe, full marks for that.

Upon arrival for my MOT I let the service team know of a small problem and that if the mechanic could be informed and possibly have a quick look, and I mean a quick look. No action was taken which left me quite frustrated in these uncertain times.
