Initial problem diagnosed and car booked in for replacement part within 48 hours. Sales provided opportunity for test drives on both days, keeping me mobile. Jessica in service extremely helpful.
Between dropping my off and picking up, I felt quite ill and had to be driven home. This resulted in the car being left at the dealership for 4 nights. Not a problem at Cotswold.....my car was lock away safely until I felt well enough to pick it up.

In short I was going to be overcharged by nearly £200 complained and got this put right. I I was not a mechanic in the past I would have paid. not easy to get to talk to the correct person. Lovely ladies to talk to however not the right person

Because the service i received from Alice, has been nice and friendly very helpful young lady. There have been issues with my car, which where covered by warranty. And Alice has made resolving the issue so easy and friendly.
The Service Team apparently wanted to talk to me, but when I called back did not respond. I've tried a few times subsequently, but no response.

As above, sales guys are nice but not really competitive, my wifes Z4 needs upgrading but they are not talking sense, I tried to buy a 3.0d X3 but I ended up buying a Porsche Macan because Cotswold were less than Cao Clean for my Range Rover !!

As above. You believe you have an agreement with a trusted garage. However its really a third party that won't have any dialogue. When you sign the papers you believe that you are signing just for your responsibility in making the monthly payments.

As I previously said, everything was dealt with such a professionalism by Mr. Jordan Allen. I've never felt pressured in choosing a car, he took his time to explain and answers all my questions. All the process had been stress free.
Despite a rather large issue with the delivery of my vehicle, my BMW Centre resolved the issue as fast as they could and kept in contact during the process.
