I requested that my front and rear wheels to be swapped to balance tyre wear. For some unknown reason I discovered later that only one side had been changed. Dealer offered to book in my car again. I chose to use a more local tyre fitter n the end.
All went as arranged.

Service and MOT were carried out in the time stated and I was dropped off and collected at exactly the time agreed.
Car collected from and returned to my home address. Collection service was very efficient in that car collected and returned in given time slots. BMW driver was very professional. Also, car had complementary wash.

Due to the dealership going under a building revamp, its clear that working out of a portacabin is a bit problematic. As a result, there was little effort made to have a set up that made it better for the employees and customers alike.

Very. I feel the dealership have made every effort to resolve my issue although, it seems BMW UK were unwilling to support them in their efforts.

One or two questions when I picked the car up, which no one could answer
In my opinion, I thought the cost of servicing was expensive.

I only had an mot on this visit. Hereford is currently undergoing a "makeover" this made the operation not as smooth as previous visits.

Following a warning light connected to the drivetrain I called in to Cotswolds service centre in Hereford. Despite the schedule being full Jessica went over and above for me. I was very grateful for her intervention as I was to travel to Southampton
Cannot fault customer service. Fast and efficient, car returned looking as new.
The car was delivered to BMW at 9.30 and we asked for the work to be completed as early as possible but did not get the car back till 4.30. This time for the first service is acceptable.
The annual service was completed but there was another service due in 2400 miles. I thought both should have been performed at the same time. Saving me on visiting the service bay twice in close succession.

I didn't know that what I'd received was a service if I'm honest. I went in with a problem and by the end of the day the problem was fixed and they'd washed my car.

Thanks to Peter Lewis at Hereford Cotswold for his help with a tyre problem.The delay on getting a replacement car was very poor and I am waiting for answers.i was told that replacement car had to be B M W but there was none available.

Needed to be somewhere putting mechanics under pressure but they delivered on time.
The bonnet open indicator does not always cancel when the bonnet is closed after inspection. I reported this at the service desk on arrival and was advised that the bonnet should be slammed shut. I'm sure the BMW design engineers would not agree.

Our car was stolen we went to see our favoured Sales Executive who within an hour located a replacement vehicle with 95% of my required extras and we were back on the road within two weeks. Also we had an hour with the product genius.
Everything went very well, the car was out there on the front with a personalised message to pick up, I paid for a few bits of extras and we had coffee ,Vicky presented my wife with flowers. Genius chap explained the new car. Great experience overall
