When booking the car in was advised service and health check all covered under service pack (this was also stated on the online booking) but when we dropped the car off at Cotswold, they said the health check was not covered and would be charged

Because the service i received from Alice, has been nice and friendly very helpful young lady. There have been issues with my car, which where covered by warranty. And Alice has made resolving the issue so easy and friendly.
As above, sales guys are nice but not really competitive, my wifes Z4 needs upgrading but they are not talking sense, I tried to buy a 3.0d X3 but I ended up buying a Porsche Macan because Cotswold were less than Cao Clean for my Range Rover !!
The Service Team apparently wanted to talk to me, but when I called back did not respond. I've tried a few times subsequently, but no response.

Good reception; pleasant, smiling young man who took my wife and me to the lady dealing with my booking. Again pleasant and business like with all my information to hand. The requested lift into town was arranged and the driver was pleasant.
Firstly the mileage on the MOT certificate was incorrect (1000 mile out) secondly I was quoted for a new tyre and I had to point out that the other tyres on the car were run-flats not what I was quoted for.

I go out of my way to use Cotswold Hereford as there are other dealers much nearer, but Cotswolds level of customer service is excellent whether you are dealing with sales, parts or service.

The young man that I dealt with in the service reception was very helpful and made sure that I was given a lift to Hereford and collected when the car was ready.

You checked some paint chips to give me a quote to repair them and have not yet given me an estimate. Nor was I allowed to speak to the member of staff who was assessing the damage although I was on site waiting for another repair to be done.
The whole process of booking, getting seen quickly and the process on the day at the dealer was great could not fault it.

Failed an mot retest with new issues not presented after initial test. Told me last thing on a saturday too meaning I had no time to resolve, needing the car for daily life the next day. The faults should have been picked up by your tester on first

Although Satisfied, The problem and issue with my vehicle only appeared after being serviced and having the suspension split hose repaired.
Jessica has kept us well informed and updated both during the booking process and including subsequent requests for work since.
Work completed in good time. Did not like having fault report emailed without telephone call as well, as did not see email until back to collect car. Then too late to request additional work to be carried out.
A potential cam chain fault was indicated due to engine noise with little further detail, other than further checks required. Given the car was in the garage for approx 5 hours, I think more information should be provided by the mechanic.
Only one point of issue, the dashCam was disconnected from it's power source ie cigarette lighter point, luckily I noticed straight away and re-connected. Of course had it been hard wired it would not have been disconnected. What is your policy.
Would have been 5 stars but had to wait 45mins after the time they said the car would be ready. Dropped off at 9 collect at 1 but didn't leave until nearly 2pm.
The service I required was carried out on time and my car was valeted before I collected it.
Although no fault found with gearbox I was offered the opportunity to take a technician out on a test drive to explain the fault. Advised that I could return vehicle for further investigation if I was not completely satisfied.

Very Little Petrol Cars available to test drive, and colours to see on the vehicle of choice, Thus making it hard to be sure when you ordering you car that you have Made the right decision.

We came in with our children, crying twins and an excited 3 year old. All staff in the centre engaged with our children, held crying babies and even got them some toast. Everyone was professional but also friendly and down to earth.
