I was told about some damage to two alloys which would need some repair work. As I had taken out the alloy & tyre insurance I thought it would be easy, apparently not as I have to go through insurance company who now say Cotswold is not part of their
My last visit was regarding the central computer not working, radio, sat nav etc. Very long lead in time for replacement part. Will have been without for three weeks in a two and a half year old car.
Technical service excellent. Attitude unlike Audi, VW and Mercedes at service desk. Patronising and should be lucky you have a BMW. Ive experienced this at two different garages. Spoken to friends, business contacts around UK and this is common.
Very friendly people. Service took the time specified. Good explanation of what was done. However couple of items when I looked through the service documentation Id have expected to have a discussion about before I left.

I arranged a service only to be told that my car was not quite ready for its service under the service plan so I had to rearrange. This was very inconvenient. I was also told that there was an oil leak but it was all a little vague.
Courteous, helpful, friendly and accommodating even at very short notice as my car required a new alloy on the day it went in for its first MOT.
Cotswold Hereford recommended a suitable product then serviced my needs - hassle free.
Good service experience but overran the finish time. I handed the car over at 0915 hrs but it still hadn't beenlooked at by 1 pm.

Only one thing a bit disappointing was when I arrived for my 8am appointment I was told that the my car would be looked at from 830 because thats when the mechanics arrived. In the end it didnt matter as my car was still completed on time

Right from the booking in process the experience was great . I was regularly updated on progress of the work during the morning . Everyone I interacted with during my visit were helpful and informative.

I asked for a small favour, to clean the inside of the windscreen, which did not happen.
Work that was identified at first MOT was completed under extended warranty.
My only comment is that the wifi password and network to access had been changed but this had not been updated in the showroom. Staff on hand dealt with it professionally though and promptly.

Could not have been better looked after by Aaron Higgins at all stages of returning my existing BMW and purchasing a new one.
Booked in for express service so didn't bother with loan car, arrived at my allotted time 9.00am but due to backlog from previous day mine got delayed.
Everything was accomplished according to expectations.
My car was in for a service, this was completed in a timely manner and an excellent waiting area provided, Kept up-to-date with cars progress.

Premium service for a premium car
One of my locking wheel nuts would not come off so I was charged £198 to remove a wheel nut. my local garage said they would have done it for £10
While very satisfied with the car repair, Cotswold BMW (Hereford) Service Dept. are ALWAYS impossible to reach by telephone. Over the last 5 years I do not recall any occasion when I have been able to reach a Service Advisor directly by telephone.

Cotswold Hereford are always nothing but accommodating, offering work arounds if something isn't possible and always treating me in a polite manner.
I requested that my front and rear wheels to be swapped to balance tyre wear. For some unknown reason I discovered later that only one side had been changed. Dealer offered to book in my car again. I chose to use a more local tyre fitter n the end.
All went as arranged.
Service and MOT were carried out in the time stated and I was dropped off and collected at exactly the time agreed.
Top service from arrival.
Car collected from and returned to my home address. Collection service was very efficient in that car collected and returned in given time slots. BMW driver was very professional. Also, car had complementary wash.

They are really brilliant, so helpful, always have courtesy cars, willing to collect my car from work. so flexible. husband has an audi and the help there with lifts/courtesy cars is terrible. i would buy another BMW based on how easy the service is
