They were AAAplus.
When trying to book the service the receptionist was unable to put me through to service as lines were busy. I was promised a call back three times but no one called back.

The reason is quite simple,irang to book my car in in march and was told the earliest i could have a courtesy car was in may.NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS I HAVE BOUGHT 9 NEW CARS OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS.Then when it did go in still no courtesy car,
The only downside was that I did have to wait for a couple of hours for my wheels to be changed. The team were very helpful, very courteous and apologised profusely, but it did take a long time. No complaints about the team, just the wait.
Fast Lane appointment not completed during the allocated 90 minutes. Apparently because despite the appointment being at 8:15, the technicians start work at 8:30. Not sure if the replacement alloy wheel quoted is needed as unable to see damage.

They were very professional from making the booking to the day I arrived at the dealership, never left wondering where to go or who to see, I was met as soon as I walked through the door.
As always Cotswold Hereford provide excellent service. They aren't my local dealer but I'm happy to drive the extra distance for such good service.
Service experience could not find anyone anywhere better.
Everything was good other than the cost of the oil service which was over £300.
No problem with the people I dealt with but had I waited for a courtesy car I would have had to wait 6 weeks.
James on the BMW service desk squeezed our car in for an MOT that was about to run out. This then saved me from getting ear ache off my wife. Thank you James.

I asked for an 0800 appt at time of booking on arrival it transpired I had been allotted a 0930 appt

I had a issue with me unboard computer which failed whilst I was away on a trip. Thus I had no Satnav. Although I was dissatisfied with BMW generally the Hereford staff mainly Jessica in the service dept couldn't have been better
Very easy to make an appointment, charrming receptionist, comfortable surroundings while service was carried out, exactly within specified time. I was impressed by the detailed service report.
I was called to the service and it is unclear why the car didn't alert me.
As stated above, flexibility and professional helpfulness are keystones of the service provided.

Everything was done well, the staff were polite but my complaint is with BMW. I have a heated steering wheel which gets hot at the top and after half an hour or so becomes fairly luke warm. Cotswold checked and said it was Ok. BMW -it is rubbish!

All very easy, helpful, professional and friendly staff. Costs I think are high for a service and it was frustrating to have come into the garage for a minor service in November and then another service due in Feb. Car valet could have been better.
James was great as took my car from home, had arranged MOT, washed/hoovered it, then returned it. Next day James sent me a text with link on which showed technician talking about my car re MOT and showed me tyres and brakes - appreciated this.
From making the booking, resulting from an Email offering the fluids check, being when I wanted it, to the attention I received at the dealership, I cannot fault any part of my experience.

Parts not reassembled correctly; tools left on the car bonnet/windscreen wipers which thankfully didn't cause damage. Once I said I didn't want a service yet as it's due in May, work wasn't carried out until the next week - strange coincidence?
Because I had pre-booked a service and had asked for a specific fault to be investigated. However, it only received a cursory inspection and requires the car to be returned for a proper investigation, which is inconvenient.
