When a problem was noticed on my vehicle, it was reported to me in detail and a plan of action put in place to rectify the issue immediately.
Jacob on the service desk was fantastic. He helped me with a good price on an expensive service. Explained the benefits of using BMW rather than a cheaper garage. Jacob was a pleasure to deal with, he rang me as soon as the car was ready.
