Very good. Travelled from a distance to use Cotswold Hereford and would do so again as local dealership customer service is severely lacking.
I was very satisfied. The only thing I missed was being able to have hot or cold drinks whilst I was waiting for my vehicle but realise this is down to your Covid policy and therefore can't be helped .

I like the video surveys of the car, I find them reassuring. From the moment I dropped the car off for the service, I was informed what was going to happen, how much it was going to cost me, there were no nasty surprises and it was all done on time.

I would have given 5 but the cleaning of the car was not up to scratch
Service was good and efficient. I waited while the work was done. I had a comfortable quiet area to wait. The job was done in the time they said it would be done. The car is washed everytime I come in.

Was impressed with Jordan. Not too pushy. Down to earth and proof that BMW can be a great company without being pretentious. Shame about the Covid restrictions but this is unavoidable.

The sales experience was brilliant. Steve Liddle who oversaw the transaction was so helpful, thoughtful and organised, He understood our needs exactly, came up with a good selection of cars to consider and then put together a really great deal.
I felt I was given a fair deal at the beginning and kept informed of progress throughout the process. Lewis Hitch was always helpful and willing. A shame the handover was not the usual customer experience because of COVID but happy anyway thank you

During the current COVID pandemic, Cotswold BMW have managed the situation remarkably well and have adhered to all Government guidelines. It was almost a click and collect process which was very effective and easy to follow.
